Delivery times vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delays
Vilora is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier-related issues beyond our control.
6. Open Box Delivery (For Eligible Orders)
For select domestic orders, Open Box Delivery may be available.
Under Open Box Delivery:
The package may be opened in the presence of the delivery partner
Customers can visually inspect the product for damage or missing items
Product functionality testing is not covered under open box delivery
Once the product is accepted during Open Box Delivery, it will be considered successfully delivered and will not be eligible for return due to cosmetic concerns.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional delivery handling fee is applicable. This fee is automatically added at checkout when COD is selected as the payment method.
The COD charge helps cover logistics, handling, and verification costs associated with delivery. This charge does not apply to prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible locations and is not available for international orders.
